The choice of non-traditional sources of natural gas, in particular gas hydrates, as well as technologies for their development, as objects of research, will significantly improve the situation in the Ukrainian oil and gas industry. The use of gas hydrate technologies will expand the base of raw hydrocarbon gas production reserves and ensure the restoration of efficient operation of wells of depleted oil and gas fields, development of low-yield and unequipped fields.
