BIOFACIAL CHARACTERISTIC AS INFERRED FROM DIATOMIC WATER PLANTS OF BOTTON DEPOSITS OF THE ANTARCTIC PENINSULA SHELF
This paper is devoted to the biofacial conditions of the Antarctic Peninsula North-Western shelf on the basis of diatom taxonomic composition and ecological structure. There have been analyzed the major paleoenvironmental factors in the diatom assemblage formation according to the shelf morphological structure.
