NATIVE MINERALS IN KNOLL BRECCIA OF MUD VOLCANOES IN THE AZOV-BLACK SEA PROVINCE DEVELOPED ON THE LOWER CRETACEOUS DEPOSITS
The article investigates the native forms of occurrence of iron, nickel, neodymium, copper, zinc, lead and silicon in the products of eruptions of mud volcanoes in the Northwest Caucasus. Described the main features of morphology, internal structure and sculptures on the surface of the particles of native elements. Their composition are four series of isomorphous: Fe-Ni, Fe-Nd, Ni-Cu-Ta, Zn-Pb. On the basis of optical and electron microscopy and microprobe analysis of native elements substantiates the deep source of the material and its relationship with the plutonic rocks.
