CONSISTENT PATTERNS OF THE SPATIAL ORIENTATION OF TOPOLINEAMENT SYSTEMS IN THE NORTHERN PREBLACK SEA REGION 
The analysis of satellite radar images SRTM with data visualization in form of rosediagrams of tectonic and topographical lineaments allows to identify regional areas with clear individual geotectonic characteristics in a global planetary geodynamic stress field of the Northern Black Sea. Two main regional structural patterns of topographical lineament networks are caused by the dynamic influence of the differently oriented transregional mega lineaments (fault zones) — Transeuroasia TeisseyreTornquist deep suture zone and AzovBlack Sea deep fault. A direct genetic relation of the formation of tectonolineament ensembles with the processes of implementation of small shear dislocations in the field of global development regmatic networks is emphasized. In confirmation of traditional theory of faultblock structure and development of the region (V.G. Bondarchuk, 1959; I.I. Chebanenko, 1966 etc.) the hereditarity and fixedness of the spatial orientation of fault networks during MesoCenozoic is shown. The results provide the basis for the development of automated methods of remote multiscale geodynamic and tectonic mapping of any surface area of the Earth, covered by space radar surveys (SRTM, GEBCO).
